"Room was big and luxurious with a sample of chocolates. Bathroom was very trendy and clean, loved the styling. This is a very nice boutique hotel that we reserved late in the day in the Union Hill area of KC. Trendy area and dining nearby. Parking is a bit tight for a larger SUV but it is very convenient to the front entrance of the hotel. Would definitely recommend or stay again. We stayed on the top floor with rooftop access and views of the city. A bit too cold to enjoy the outdoor seating...

"The property was amazing. Carpet was all new. The room was clean to my pickiness. The breakfast was good. Nice options. The pool was closed, but they made arrangements for myself and 4 granddaughters to swim at their sister hotel next door. We had a WONDERFUL New Years Eve stay!! Thank you!"

"Right on the square in Independence. There are a lot of historical tours and sites to visit. The restaurant in Ophelia's was excellent as was The Courthouse Exchange."
