"This was a nightmarish trip into dystopia - human storage lockers called "nests"; security code scans at every doorway; total absence of natural light; recirculated air; endless piped music; nowhere to put or keep belongings. "Excellent hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were very nice size and very comfortable. I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant or the breakfast, but the gym was very well appointed. The best part is the awesome location. Just blocks away from Tower of London and right next door to the medieval St. Olaf'a church. Highly recommend getting a tour of that as well.
