"Lots of stains on carpet. Breakfast if extortionate. 33 quid for a full English!
Stayed over 1 night and fire alarm went off 4-5 times until 3am. Staff did not know the cause and ensure it wouldn’t happen again… and It did.
However, in the morning reception staff ensured a full refund without ask due to the inconvenience and lack of sleep. Bed was very comfy and mini bar was full with goodies :)"

"Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. "Loved my stay! Very easy check in on the tablets. Room was cool with the lights. Everything was done on an iPad which was pretty cool. My tv worked but kept glitching so bit annoying.
Bed was comfy. Only thing is the blinds being functioned from the iPad mine kept catching and wouldn’t go down after a certain point. Pretty annoying. I did try myself but didn’t want to break anything. It would catch every single time and go slanted.
Great stay and location. Would def stay again"

Pre paid for breakfast, not shown on hotel computer had to show confirmation.
I didn't like seeing the used bed sheets lying on the floor in the corridor by room 174. The linen carts were full. Full bags and sheets just lying on the floor infront in piles.
Cross infection risk. Airborne dead skin cells!!!!
Not good. I would expect better from a 4* hotel.
