"The Sykes Cottages customer service is appalling. No number to ring and the response time to the text and WhatsApp is ridiculous. The cottage was great but Sykes were not.
After booking I had a problem with amending the name on the booking and getting a receipt. "Its quite a unique place and very quiet and refreshing. Its an old property but looked after. The rose garden is stunning and a lovey old orchard to walk around in the grounds as well. The few people I met were lovely and very helpful and friendly. "
"Nice setting, and charming building. Rooms were nice, but common areas and entrance to rooms felt a little unloved. Staff were very helpful, especially with my delayed arrival."
"Everything about our stay was perfect the staff very friendly and welcoming not to big the icing on the cake was the pool area swim and relaxing the food is something else all in all perfect 👌
