Khách sạn Crossgates

"Room wasn't serviced - breakfast expensive - asked for poached eggs which came and tasted of vinegar - asked for fried eggs which came and yokes burst and hard"

"Room was clean and tidy, good amenities especially with the small fridge in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast had a good choice and served very quickly. Ample parking at the rear of the building. Good choice of evening meal, only sorry we weren't there on Sunday for the carvery. Great location in a beautiful small village. Would recommend and stay again."

"Yes, these rooms are above a pub but you can’t hear any noise. The appointments were like that of a luxury hotel. The staff worked behind the bar at the pub for the most part and they were extremely responsive to any request. Not sure many tourists find their way to this particular town, but if you’re anywhere near Scarborough, this is the place to stay."

"Really helpful staff, comfortable room and bed and easy to park. (I didn't have the breakfast). Would recommend."

"Everything was spot on for the price. Really good b&b would stay again."

"The rooms are clean but I do feel it does need a bit of TLC or a quick makeover. The staff were helpful however did see much of them."

"Good location"

"Claire was a gracious and helpful host who really went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay."

"Reception was nice enough (decorated as a Santa’s grotto before Halloween) but the room was grubby. Floors were on slopes as you walk around, enough so that the drawer doors of the bedside cabinets kept opening open there own ! There was also a strong smell of the bathroom as you walked in the room. We asked to be moved but were told no rooms available. I’m glad we only had 1 night here."
