"I like the location. The room it's okay I like the bed and the pillows but this room did not work the AC when we first got there and I got to call the receptionist to send maintenance and it was bad cause a have a baby ready for night time. Luckyly the maintenance was quick and the rest was good. I notice the carpet on the hallway is dirty kinda old I mean it's not all bad also parking charge I think is cheap and the included breakfast it's nice. Staff is very attentive and bilingual. "Everyone was fantastic"

"We had someone banging on our room door at 1am, had to call guest services to get it sorted out. Joanna at the checkout desk apologized profusely the next morning and provided breakfast vouchers for us A replacement taxi was ordered when some else claimed the first cab that was ordered, and to say that the ride to the cruise ship terminal was hair raising would be an understatement. You might want to consider using a different cab company."

"The best things going for this property are the proximity to the airport and the free airport shuttle. There was only one elevator working so wait times were long for that. The room was alright but definitely in need up updating, although the beds were comfortable and seemed relatively new. "We just got home after spending our honeymoon in Marblehead. The Hotel Marblehead is a great stay for anyone looking for a clean, relaxing, and quaint get away. They worked with us via phone/email to set up after hours check-in. Our rooms were cleaned/made up everyday upon request. "We had a problem waiting over an hour for their airport shuttle after calling the hotel. Another hotel van felt sorry for us waiting and picked us up. Then after a nice dinner at the hotel their smoke alarm, which was deafening in the room, went off three times in the evening. It was very disturbing and not sure why it couldn't be resolved the first time. Elevators were shut off and I felt very anxious and unsafe on the 10th floor. No all clear was ever called. "The Bell Inn provides a fabulous stay for travelers. We stayed on the third floor and our room was huge, the size of a small studio apartment. It was beautifully decorated. The bathroom was very large and was lovely. We had been on the room 2 weeks and the bed was the most comfortable bed we slept in the entire trip.
