The man in the front desk was so rude, and combative he took it personal and did not even apologize. website says they have breakfast included, but it is not the case"

"This is an older building with a lot of charm. It's not slick or sleek, so if that's what you are looking for, don't stay here. The room was large and well stocked. The bathroom was quite modern. I love it here! It's not a chain hotel with a gym and a pool, keep that in mind. The food was excellent and the service wonderful."

"Everything was great. The room was impeccably clean, but we were missing face cloths, the lights above the beds didn't work (needed new lightbulbs maybe?), and the TV remote was missing. It was late at night when we discovered these things so no one was there to call and it certainly wasn't an emergency. "The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was warm, lots of choices but coffee was terrible. My room had everything to make coffee but was missing the coffee pods. There is a cafe in the lobby to purchase other drinks and breakfast items. I think the parking is valet only, after circling the block looking for the parking lot I just used the valet service which was great but obviously comes at a price. Overall it was a nice experience and would stay again."
