"The shuttle service they offer is was unreliable getting picked up from the airport (45-50 minute wait) and then upon getting to the hotel we were cut off mid check in by some lady who clearly was distressed and seemed to be on something, yelling profanities and stomping around the lobby saying she lost her phone. "Our family came to Boston from Arizona for my son's graduation. We had a lot of moving parts and used public transportation to get around. We were on a very tight timeline and asked Katelyn for an early check in. Once she found out it was for my son's graduation, she knew this was an important milestone and did her best to accomodate us. She was so helpful and friendly. I made a point to stop by and meet her in person to say thank you. She is a rockstar!"

"The location is amazing. The Counter had good food. Very helpful and nice staff. Very clean. The bed was not comfortable at all for either of us and the heat did not work in our room so it got pretty cold. No mini fridge or microwave in the room. Overall a great stay!"
