"Just don’t book book this hotel unless you want to be disappointed. The snorkel g is decent and some staff were ok. Odds are you won’t get what you pay for when you book. We were robbed of our ocean front room. Had to change rooms 3 times over 2 days to get working AC. Most people we spoke with didn’t have working AC in their rooms and had to use fans which helped but rooms stayed in the high 80’s anyway. Food was terrible at buffet and restaurants. Menus never changed, quality was poor, and...

"Property is maybe 20 minutes from the airport - well kept property, clean and well appointed - staff friendly and helpful when needed.
Only gripe I had was my rooms ac just wasn’t doing it for me - usually I’d want to feel frosty and want to turn it down a notch… found myself sweating at moments in the room more noticeable in the evening - other than that, great stay - I do recommend it - beach was well kept as well"

"The Renaissance Resort is an excellent vacation location. The hotel staff, the wide selection of food available and the entire resort is an excellent location for a family vacation. Highly recommend."

"Had a wonderful stay. Beautiful location. Our Butler was amazing he went above and beyond. Receptionist was very rude and not helpful at all. Otherwise food and other services were great."
