"Brief and comfortable stay"

"The staff were very helpful & informative. The breakfast buffet could have more items however it was still decent. For breakfast, we were offered vegetarian sausages seperately as the buffet did not have any vegetarian sausages. That was very thoughtful of the staff. The room had everything we required, a hairdryer, a fridge (requested earlier), a fan & were able to adjust the heating in the room. The spa facilities were nice & clean."

"Our stay was not the best. Dirty cups in room, no milk, very hot room. Asked for a fan which we did receive but it was broken. On a having a shower the head of the shower flew off and hit me. Food basic, at breakfast poached eggs were hard and u only got half a slice of bread. The staff were good, and when i made a complaint i did get my money back. Overall i would never stay here agsin."

"We arrived around 4:30, the carpark was busy and the restaurant really busy - wasn’t an issue for us as we were going out. The reception is away from the hustle and bustle of the bar/ restaurant which was good. The room was big enough, but the beds are really small. My husband had to go and ask for another room (on his own) as the double was bearly wide enough for both of us, let alone long enough. … so if you are over 5’8 you will struggle. "Loved our stay here! Cosy cabin, was clean with only slight signs of wear. Lovely open remote space to sit out in the morning, onsite restaurant and bar was lovely with quirky decorations. 100% will be our go to when travelling from now on!"

"Large, clean & comfortable bed. Breakfast in Sky bar, 5th floor exceptional. With an amazing view. Visited, casino, cinema & Spa during a two day stay. Excellent location from Birmingham airport, 5mins in taxi. Nice selection of shops & 18 restaurants to choose from. Would highly recommend. Staff great too. "

"Room was clean but very dated however for what we paid we can't really complain. Parking is free in onsite car park you just need to enter registration number at reception. We meet family for a meal, menu typical pub food but all perfectly acceptable and staff very pleasant. Walled outside seating area which was nice for having a drink as weather was warm. The hotel is on the high street so be aware that you will experience some traffic noise especially if your room is at the front. "
