"Stayed at Brockencote in early September 2026. It was a very enjoyable visit. Highly recommend for peace and quiet, friendly staff, beautiful location, safe and easy parking, short distance to many local attractions. Must do's include Harvington Hall, Warwick Castle, Kenilworth Castle, Black Country Living Museum, Worcester. It is also not too far from Cotswolds tourist sites. The staff were excellent. I would be remiss if I did not thank Tom, Josh and Angela in the bar area for their...

"Failed to clean room Staff rude to guest after over charging at bar. Additional £40 charged to card which I will challenge. No eggs for breakfast.... Stayed here many times in the past but need to clean up their act...."

"Great location about 10 minutes drive into the City. Large, clean room with tea, coffee etc and fresh milk in fridge & bottled water too. Quirky room as part of an old pub so floors a little uneven and steepish staircase to get to rooms, but didn’t detract from the stay. Breakfast was delicious and staff all extremely friendly & helpful. As it’s a pub, you are obviously aware of noises from the pub during the day and evening but as soon as it closes, it’s very quiet."

"Great hotel - recently renovated, good location close to lots of bars and restaurants - high quality throughout, would definitely stay again"

"Lovely hotel, staff friendly and very helpful. Spa is wonderful."

Felt the detail of cleaning could of been better ( big cobweb under window and handbasin cracked and behind the taps could of done with a clean ) The setting and surroundings really make this hotel a good find .Breakfast served by...

"Lovely spacious room with large en-suite. Very clean with water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Lovely little extra were the complimentary chocolates and sweets. Breakfast was excellent, excellent options, I had the Avocado on toast with poached eggs which was delicious and coffee was also good quality. Would highly recommend this hotel. Was great value."

"The food was excellent"

"Great views"

"Lovely old property . Nicely decorated. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately my bathroom needed refurbishing the bath was chipped and bath taps loose and parts missing. The window frame was rusty and needed painting. A shame because room decor was pleasant."

"First impressions when I walked inside were wow, absolutely loved the floral display. We were greeted by Amelia @ checkin, lovely and welcoming and very helpful with any questions I asked. Room was clean and comfortable, beds are comfortable and the blackout curtains are great. We had a very nice welcome from Cassy at breakfast who explained where everything was. As for the other staff members I have to say a huge thank you to Darren @ breakfast your amazing, you made us have a good laugh please...
