"The apartment was lovely and very convenient to Hyde park and Paddington station. I had issues with communications. Firstly, I booked through Expedia well in advance, but a few weeks ahead was told they were downgrading me. Now I have to resolve the credit issued with Expedia. There was also a problem with their systems being hacked. I think I was duped into sending money to an unknown source. I will try to resolve when I am home. Also when I tried to call/email on-site, they did not...

"Reception staff was really helpful and kind enough to allow us to check in early. It’s an older building with narrow corridors that open up to surprisingly large apartment. We especially liked the separate kitchen and living areas. AC worked very well and location is perfect. I will definitely stay there on my next visit."

"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was perfect for my family of five. Everything was very clean and in working order. The front desk staff was very quick when we checked in and we were in our room within minutes. "

"The location was great. It is walkable to underground station in 3min. Great dining area is around. Mostly the room was pretty spacious and very clean. Staffs are very friendly. We had little problem with UK’s outlet system, but they helped us to solve the issues. Gym was also great which open 24 hrs with updated equipments. My family loved staying there! "

"Highly recommended! When communicating with the staff prior to arrival and during our stay they replied really quick. They were very accommodating and the apartment was very clean. I felt safe in the area. There’s a convenience store and a few restaurants across the street that were open until 3 & 4am. "Room was clean. And a good size for a cheep room in london. I was on the 3rd floor. If i had heavy lugage it would have been a challenge get it up to the room. However would stay again as the microwave and fridge was realy handy."
