"The captain cook is a lovely unique bar and restaurant. The rooms are decorated with really nice “ship” touches. The manager was very welcoming and enjoyable to meet. Will be staying again as my son attending university at Imperial so handy for being close to the city yet still good for parking."

"We rarely get a break from our business so we are always so happy to find little gems like the Brocket. We loved the relaxed charm of the whole place. The roads accessing it may be a little windy & tight but Ayot is such a beautiful area it is worth the trip. The staff are genuinely friendly and attentive, making sure you’re comfortable. The drinks and food at the pub were well-kept, and there’s a great mix of locals and visitors, which adds to the charm."
