"Nice spot with Target just right next to it for easy shopping or getting essentials. Roof top pool is a huge plus, just wish they let us use the pool until 10pm or so. Pool closes after sunset. Rooms are clean and you have your own private small balcony. Almost everything you need for everyday usage is provided before hand. Check in was a little confusing for first timers especially if you check in after hours or on the weekends."

"When I booked this hotel I was looking for something close to restaurants and attractions. This hotel wasn't close to anything but the attached mall. We paid $50 for a breakfast of croissants, fruit and yogurt. Horribly over priced, inconvenient and staff that act like you're bothering them. Expedias description of the location is inaccurate"

"We stayed here cause of the location to stores and restaurants. I had surgery done in Miami and need a hotel for 2 nights. It was clean they had breakfast in the morning. Check in and out was easy and friendly employees. I recommend also because it close to US1 and Palmetto . Also no additional charge for parking."

"The front desk and bell staff were outstanding. Superb service. The valet staff were the best I have ever experienced. The catered Sunday brunch was great and the wait staff were excellent. The 11th floor rooms were large and very nice. The view was amazing; looking down on the rooftop gardens and event space. Top notch!"

"World class experience! First and foremost, the staff is excellent. From the bellhops like Carlos, who grabbed my bags instantly and truly wanted to help. To the front desk staff who cared very much about making sure I had a great experience. "All-around high value hotel. The check-in was smooth. I thought free parking was not included in the busy coconut grove area. But it turns out that the garage access was included with the room key card (with Expedia package at least). The location is perfect. Easy access to most of Miami. Lots of things to do in the nearby shopping plaza. But the part I enjoyed the most is the walking along the peacock park and the bay every morning and night. I also like the fact that they have lots of kitchen...
