"The cleaning needs improvement, and a few small details need attention."

"Best staff ever!!! Super accommodating and genuinely caring. !!! 500 stars deserved!!!"

"My initial contact with this hotel was with a very rude valet. Valet parking is required at a very costly extra. My room was ok…. Not very clean…. Beard trimmings all over the sink, bathtub was dirty, dirt on the walls & shower. They “compt-ed” me with two bottles of water & chocolates, cleaned the room….( better). They’re understaffed and when I asked for my car ( usually 10 minutes) it took over 1/2 hr."

"Rooms smell bad not clean. Bed is dusty more noise in 3 floor"

"Me encantó la estancia en este hotel porque la verdad la limpieza fue incondicional el personal muy atento el AC bien frío la verdad todo estuvo muy bien sólo un detalle q deben ponerle atención el personal es el olor fuerte a cigarro en los pasillos muy desagradable pero lo demás todo bien"

"Excellent!"

"What we loved most was the 10th floor. The views were awesome any time of day and night. There was a full breakfast in the morning with loads of options. The rooms were spotless. My daughter recently discovered she is allergic to everything. The last hotel were were in looked clean, but there was mold and dust everywhere. Home2suites gave her the first full night sleep in two weeks. We appreciate the care and attention to detail you would expect from a luxury chain in your lovely hotel."

"Clean! You can walk to almost everything needed and three minutes from the airport"

"Nice property. Gym had everything for a good workout an not far from beach perfect getaway, me an hubby will be back"
