"The accommodation was good although they were undertaking refurbishment works to the corridor where I was accommodated.
Breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable. Staff were good.
Could not get into the restaurant on one evening - so booking is required. The snack bar was just ok, nothing to write home about.
Parking was easy - lots of space.
The grounds were good to walk around.
Would book here again."

"Where do I start! We stayed here 4 years ago and it was marvellous.it was thriving ,busy, Bustling .
This time when we arrived we was told check in your car else you’ll get a fine ( great fair enough.)
Then sign in and il take a card off you just in case your room gets trashed! Wow! We’re in our 60’s definitely not rock stars, id rather watch telly than chuck it out of the window!
The chap then said it’s so busy here because of the bank holiday ( Monday) that the dining room may not have space...

Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to.
Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

"Lovely property for a night or two stay. Staff were very nice. I had 2 drinks at the bar. One at night which was calm and quiet & relaxing on my own. Then complimentary coffee in the lobby once again really nice and relaxing. I slept fairly well and felt safe on my own. "Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of diffent options. A bit disappointed that there werent soft drinks available on tap only in bottles or cans and they were a bit pricey at £2.75 for a small 200ml bottle of Pepsi.
Limited choice of menu for evening meal and again a bit pricey but very nice.
The rooms were excellent, comfortable and easily accessible. The staff were fabulous and very polite and friendly!"
