"Seems to be a standard for hotels we have stayed at…. The bathtub is so narrow at the bottom that we had to stand sideways to be under the shower. The soap/shampoo etc dispensers were at shoulder level which made the shower space very narrow."

"Excellent location to the tube and bus station for both of my tours. Breakfast had a lot varieties and delicious. My 19 year old son was denied check in as my flight was delayed until the next day, even though his name was listed as a secondary guest and room was paid in full. I had to change my booking to reflect the reservation to have his name as primary. This should not be necessary, but he was allowed to have a room afterwards.
