"Nice hotel in a great location. The desk said our room was ready but they charged an early check-in fee an hour before 4pm check-in, ridiculous. The room was ready so why make us wait or pay a fee? I could understand a fee if before noon, but not at 3pm. The 4pm check-in time is also ridiculous. ..."

"Room was very hot, they gave us a box fan, homeless people begging for money as soon as you walked out the building. Would not recommend at all especially for a family"

Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station, CO
"We booked a king bed two months in advance.And when we got there, they gave us a room with two queen beds, and when we asked, they just shrugged their shoulders and said, there are no king beds and offered me free breakfast. No discounts, no sorry, nothing."
