The bed mattress in room 118 had a huge dip in it on the side nearest the door. It was very uncomfortable, which made sleeping difficult. I ended up going to the chiropractor when I got home.

Quality Inn & Suites Des Moines Airport
Hot tub wasn’t working and we flew into town to run a Big Half Marathon so when we got back to the hotel we asked for an extra 30 minutes to get a quick shower and we were told No! Not customer friendly at all.👎👎👎
