"Our room was clean, bedding comfortable, and shower head needs replacement. The common areas were very dirty in need of a simple vacuuming. Breakfast was ok, but a protein is needed such as yogurt and/or hard boiled eggs."

"First of all, I want to say, the staff was very nice and attempted to be accommodating. Unfortunately housekeeping was not up to par. There was an empty wine cooler bottle on the floor, vomit stains on the floor, ants everywhere, sticky stuff on the TV stand, brown stuff on the walls, no bedding for the pull out couch and blood or something similar all over the pull out couch mattress. It was hot and humid and felt incredibly itchy as soon as we entered our room. After checking for bedbugs, which surprisingly we didn’t see any, we promptly called the front desk to get a different room. They didn’t have any other rooms available so we ended up going to the Holiday Inn express down the road. That was much better and very clean. They cancelled the reservation without a problem, but told me I need to contact Expedia to get my refund. That in itself is also hard to do because the chat is only a virtual assistant and there are no phone numbers listed to call them."

"The hotel staff was friendly and helpful; however, there were a few areas that could be improved. The front lobby was uncomfortably warm due to the air conditioning being out of service for several days. During breakfast, I observed the hostess eating behind the service counter while guests were dining. While I understand that staff members need breaks and meals, it appeared unprofessional to eat in view of customers during breakfast service. Additionally, staff members were helping themselves to food while guests were eating. This may be acceptable during non-service hours, but it did not create the best impression for paying customers."

"The room was clean and the amenities were clean. It was nice having breakfast every morning which included scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, coffee, juice, yogurt, etc. We rented 3 rooms for a family wedding while in the area and would use this place again."
