"I love everything about this property. It is so close to grocery store, beach, and what the property has to offer. I can't believe how close we are to the manta ray activities. we were also able to see the whale from our patio. It is nice and clean and spacious. "

"The property was really a home away from home: clean, spacious, quiet, well equipped. Checking in and out was super easy, help, if needed, a phone call away. Bikes, beach equipment, coolers available for use free of charge and stored in the garage. Overall seamless, very pleasant experience. "

" Beautiful view of the ocean, easy check in process. The saltwater pool was nice. The only downside is that it is older and shows signs of it. "

"今回は３泊だけの滞在でサイトの評価も高くはないので期待していませんでしたが…私的には高評価の宿泊先だと思います。最近のコナは街中が有料の駐車場になってしまい登録も面倒なんですが…部屋から街までは歩いて買い物や食事に行けます。部屋に割り当てられた駐車スペースも十分に有り夜もライトが付いていました。プールは少し狭目ながらも深さの有るプールと景色は最高です。各階にコインランドリーとゴミ捨て場も有りました。気になる点で言うとラナイが隣の部屋から覗けてしまうので隣人とのコミュニケーションが気になる点と冷凍庫は使用は出来ますが毎日少量の水が漏れてくる事でした。全体的に高評価でまた利用したい施設です。"

"Property was ok but in definite need of upgrades and care. The surrounding area is shady at best but could be beautiful if investments are made to buildings, elevators, and electrical systems. The electrical outlets in room didn’t work and were sooty. Overall, needs a redo. "
