"there was great communication between the resort and us and letting us know how to get in. the lodge is very clean and the room was nice but we did not read it close as the lodge is shared bathroom very clean worked out well but was a little suprised"

"Welcoming staff. Offered available upgrade to a cabin for a nominal fee. Beverages available all day. Staff directed use to tourist treasures (chain of waterfalls)in the area that we were not aware of. We experienced so much more than expected from previous reviews."
