"Have stayed here before for a conference close by. Staff are excellent. This time my room wasn’t brilliant. Bedside light didn’t work but they quickly brought me a table lamp. Unfortunately there was a problem with the water in the morning- sink tap ran brown for a while and the shower had no hot water at all. Was just grateful I didn’t have to wash my hair. Staff apologized. Hotel was full otherwise I think they would have moved me. Unfortunately I was also told that the leisure...

"Great location about 5 miles outside Shirley, ald very convenient for the NEC. Breakfast and parking included. Great value given the quality.
We had a really big beautiful room (including a chaise by the window!) and the bathroom was enormous. Amazing shower, lovely big (separate) bath. Breakfast was buffet-style with hot and cold choices. Service was excellent. We would definitely come here again if in the area."

"Hotel looks beautiful on entrance, modern and welcoming. The rooms are clean and very spacious with comfortable beds but the showers need attention - no pressure at all - I couldn't get the shampoo out of my hair and the temperature kept going up and down often burning us.
Conveniently located near to bars, restaurants and for visiting events at the arena.
The parking is limited and expensive.
Reception weren't overly friendly and we queued for some time to check in.
Generally recommend for...
