Never a problem to get a palapa or a table at any of the restaurants (all of which were spectacular- we did not choose the all-inclusive option, but did dine in several times). We were in a non upgraded room, and I would never do that again, the first room was terrible, not the cleanest and so old and falling apart, they moved us to a different room which was better, but still not one of the upgraded rooms.
