"Our fam of 3 came here for the marathon. A must-get is the Horizon Club Lounge, which has the best daily breakfast/tea views during our 5-day stay, and it's close to everything in the city. The staffs/services were top-notch; The indoor pool during our autumn stay was amazing. We will stay here again next time around."

"Unbelievable experience. One of the best hotels we ever visited. The location is amazing, food is great, but what amazed us the most is how nice the staff was. From Patricia experience manager to the shop managers and the cleaning crew. Everyone was amazing. This is a corporate culture of pride in their work and understanding how to make people happy. Not too many people so it always feels intimate and kid friendly they have children club with amazing staff."

"Beautiful property especially over water bungalows. The staff were very attentive, helpful, friendly and gracious. Everyone from the breakfast staff to the dinner staff were so nice. The water sports team was so nice, one gentleman who competes in the outrigger team accompanied me on my 1st outrigger ride to show me the ropes. "Everything was really good overall, and I enjoyed my stay. However, I would appreciate it if the hotel could provide a wider range of TV channels, particularly Sky and sports channels. For such a large property, it was surprising that there were no Sky channels available and only a few basic TV channels.
