"Checked into Room one, nice view over quay but as soon as I lay on bed headboard collapsed, went to have shower and shower not working, was allowed to use bathroom down the hall but not ideal. No remote for TV so couldn’t use that either. Wanted to say good stay but very poor."

"Our stay at this hotel was very comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was a standard room at the top of the house and it was very clean with a nice ensuite and a comfortable bed. The decor and furniture enhanced the room giving plenty of space to put our clothes and personal effects. Food was very good, we had a three course dinner and the food was delicious. Breakfast was also very good with a good and varied choice on the menu. Toast was available on...

"Very welcoming on arrival Ideal for our stay but there was a drainage/damp smell in the bathroom "

"Very clean room and plenty of parking"

"Great place. Lovely rooms. Very clean. Great breakfast!"

So, to have them guard the entrance door with no reception staff on site, was slightly worrying. I couldn’t stay there and left early and they refused to refund one nights stay as a gesture of goodwill. Would never ever stay there again. Ever."

"Bar seating area very comfortable. Breakfast excelleny"
