"Outside areas were beautiful, a lovely long sweeping drive up to an impressive building with plenty of parking. , The reception and bar areas were nicely decorated, tidy and modern and were inviting. The pool area was ok, some jets not working but nice and warm and fairly large. 1 Sadly, some of the restaurant area was run down , a bit perfunctory & bland along with the food. "The breakfast buffet was great! Staff were very helpful whenever I asked for anything. The hotel was in a great location, easy to walk to the City Centre, and historic areas of Norwich. Also enjoyed a drink in the Maids Head Bar, which was a cute little place. We enjoyed our stay - thank you!"

"Set in the quiet and bucolic Norfolk countryside, this is a lovely place to stay for a quiet retreat. We stayed in an en-suite cabin with two dogs, we were surrounded by woodland and looked out over a lake, of which there are a few within the site. Alongside the great views, we had a comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities and a clean and modern en-suite. "The property was right opposite the Minster which was a lovely view from the outside seating area."

"The location of the property was ideal, close to everything,yet on a quiet street. The rooms were big and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, both hot from a menue and continental. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Norwich."

Parking at the hotel very convenient as we used the park and ride to Norwich town centre which was located close to the hotel . Overall very pleased with our stay ."
