"I was on a solo retreat and had the pool area to myself. I loved the special touches of a welcome drink and a bag of goodies for the Halloween season. The views were fabulous and it was a wonderful stay. I only wish I had booked for a longer stay."

"This was an excellent stay. We booked as a treat to celebrate and we were really pleased we did. We even got upgraded to lake side which was a lovely surprise. The property was lovely and tastefully decorated. The l'occitane products were very much welcomed. We got out around the lake at sunrise before the tourists came in and were treated to a lovely buffet breakfast after. The shuttle service worked well."

"Beautiful Lakeside Setting, but Service and Maintenance Need Improvement
The stunning lake views and peaceful surroundings are undoubtedly what make this property a destination. Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay fell short of expectations.
Our experience with the front desk was disappointing. We had requested a specific floor in advance and were assured by a manager that it would not be a problem. Upon arrival, however, staff dismissed the request, stating it was never guaranteed. We...
