"As always I was not disappointed ! Made very welcome at Reception and remembered as a regular visitor. All very nice and comforting. The room was warm , the bathroom heated and a really huge comfy inviting bed . Our go to Hotel when visiting Bradford and just off the motorway."

"Great stat overall"

"Helpful stay and clean bathroom"

"No skirting board in the bathroom, looked tatty. Shower over the bath difficult to access without being scalded or frozen. Noisy extractor outside & cooking smells. Noisy conversations outside early morning. Staff helpful & courteous in the hotel. Breakfast very good."

"Ok"

"Comfy bed, nice and clean and good breakfast"

"Disappointed this time. Booked an executive room as a treat, never upgraded before. Upon arrival the room was great, bedroom good & large bath & large walk in shower. Unfortunately the blind on the large bathroom window would not close and as we were on the top floor it was very exposed & i was concerned that when it got darker in the evening, using the facilities would be seen by the opposite buildings. I reported the blind to reception, the gentleman came & looked & it wasn't repairable so I...

"This is a great place if you're travelling solo and don't plan on spending time in the room. The price is right and you get what you pay for. Carpets could use replacing, caulk in the bathtub could use replacing. The hairdryer was broken and the couch cushion was ripped. Again, I wasn't looking for a place to hang out, I wanted a place to sleep and shower."

"Property was a little dated and in need of a refurb. Coffee machine at the bar not working and they ran out of forks at breakfast. Checked in at 3pm, however, room was not ready with cleaners still cleaning the room. We were asked to go and wait in the bar for 20 minutes. No offer of a drink whilst we waited."

"Room was dirty bathroom soiled bed linen soiled wouldn’t stay again."

"Breakfast was not good at all. Cleaning and staff was ok. Parking was good but little away from the hotel."

"Everything was good"

"Nice friendly staff"

"Our room was not very clean, hadn’t been vacuumed & sheets, towels, pillows & mattress were extremely worn out. Room didn’t receive fresh towels after request to get some. We had to go find some ourselves. Breakfast was tasty but incredibly slow. Wouldn’t stay again."
