When we returned at noon, I had to say something again and they sent up a guy with a plunger. It stopped working again by Sun morning. No one working seemed like it was their job to address this. "

"The hotel is in a great location downtown. We were in a recently renovated room that was nicely appointed. Unfortunately the bathroom had a rather overwhelming sewer smell. We asked the front desk to look at it two different times. On the second day a very nice maintenance man came to assess the problem. He did do some work on the toilet, but the smell remained. The front desk did not seem to be concerned about it. We thought most of the staff that we interface with were rather pleasant, except for some of the staff members at the front desk. The hotel is currently under some renovation. You may want to delay your stay at this hotel."
