"The room was very clean and tidy. The shower was okay but 1) the shower head is fixed and not moveable, and 2) the bottom of the tub is a bit rounded so I felt slightly unstable. There is no air conditioning, which was uncomfortable on a hot day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a margherita pizza to my room but it was just a cheese pizza with no basil. Overall the stay was fine but not worth the price paid."

"Do not book a room in this hotel! They will double book your room and send you to another hotel 30 min away. The room was paid for and when my mother arrived to try and rest before an international flight the next morning, she was notified that her room was unavailable and that she would be sent to another hotel. She waited 2 hours and had to pay for the transport arranged by the hotel. Unacceptable treatment of guests, was our experience. Never booking here again."

"Die Zimmer sind leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hellhörig. Der Spa Bereich kostet 10€ extra und der Jacuzzi war leider kaputt, als wir da waren. Beim Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl an kalten und warmen Speisen, aber auch hier kosten Capucchino & co extra. Für eine Nacht in der Nähe des Flughafens ok."

"Appears clean. Feels a little under serviced even for a Travelodge. No amenities to speak of, no hair dryer in room. Bare minimum and small, thin towels. Cigarette smoke smell seems to come through the bathroom vent. Toilet barely flushes. I wouldn't stay again but Swords is a neat town. Price was way too high for what is offered, even for a tourist season Saturday night. Lesson learned."

"The proximity to the beach was amazing! Check in was easy. The room was okay-poor. The bathroom was clean and great! Sheets and bed were great! Carpet had stains close to the patio doors. Also, lots of mold on the drapes and carpet and wall around the patio doors. Our room faced west and was ground floor. It was quite hot in the room so we had to open the patios doors but there was no screen or window to keep open through the night. Also, the hotel information books has conflicting...

"Nice location near shopping mall and a few good pubs in addition to their own bar and restaurant all within walking distance. Rooms are well designed and comfortable, though the air conditioning unit in our room periodically made grinding sounds — seemed only when adjusting to new set temperature— and did not happen while sleeping at night. "Lifts were awkwardly placed. We needed to use the stairs. Noisy. The front desk staff weren’t very helpful. They were not available 24 hours as advertised. I needed to speak to someone overnight. When I went downstairs, there was no-one at the desk. When they were present, they were more focussed on laughing and joking between themselves than on the service of guests."
