"While they are located in a nice spot in Downtown Cleveland, there were a few things that the property lacked, namely, parking. They don't have an on-site parking but they do have a valet parking that charges $50 per night in addition to paid street parking and a parking facility across the street. The front desk and valet staff was friendly but the restaurant staff was a little rude, specially towards kids-she did sense our annoyance and tried to make it up later. Breakfast is not included...

"Bottle of water not given ar checkin, oe nail clippings on room floor, no coffee pods, dirty water left in Keurig, empty conditioner bottle in shower, nearly empty TP roll with no spare, and complimentary coffee hidden inside the $18 per person breakfast buffet (not complimentary). Definitely the worst experience I've had at a Hilton. It was one thing after another that we had to deal with and a constant distraction from the reason for the trip."

"We stayed on a Saturday night into Sunday, we booked a king size bed with a sofa bed. In reservation I included the fact that we would be traveling with our children and their ages, as requested.
