"The hotel is looking very tired, even a bit run-down, which is surprising given it is not old. Overall, it is inferior to the nearby Premier Inn. Carpets in the corridors are dirty and stained, at least on 3rd floor. Woodwork in corridors and room is bashed and damaged, and looks in need of repair. Bathroom door in my room did not close properly - not too bad a problem as I was on my own, but indicative of an attitude. Bathroom is supplied with bottles of shampoo and soap, in dispensers...

"The hotel has been created in recent years from a Care Home. The access is almost on top of a traffic signalled junction which slightly confused my satnav. The decor and furnishings are excellent. Unfortunately the hotel cannot currently provide breakfasts - they have apparantly been waiting a year for the Local Authority to determine their Licence application to serve food. I saw another guest take delivery at the front door of some pizzas in the evening. There is plenty of free parking on...

"The property is in a rather quiet/ not so busy location. The family room we stayed in, was very spacious and well maintained /clean. The bathtub was a treat with an unobstructed view of the back garden through the large window. The manager was a pleasant lady to deal with, and more than willing to help when needed. She ensured that our stay was comfortable. We also used the garden to have our dinner on the first night, that we ordered through Uber eats. Many thanks."

"The staff were great. The hotel itself was dated. This is not Premier Inn in central Epsom with air-conditioning. That is a different Premier Inn with a similar name. Don't get confused like I did. I specifically wanted the air conditioning and was unpleasantly surprised when we arrived. This hotel is not designed for a heat wave. We had to leave after two nights because the room was dangerously hot and humid. Having a bath was useful in reducing core temp. We filled it with water from the cold...

"広さと清潔さは満足いくものでしたが、エレベーターがなく、大きな荷物の上げ下ろしがとても大変でした。また、扇風機が壊れていたり、冷蔵庫が途中から冷却せずに中のものがダメになったり、ゴミの捨て方を聞いてるのに返信遅かったりとトラブルが多かったです。バスタブの底が平じゃないので滑って転ぶと危ないと感じたのと排水が悪かったです。ゲストサービスは基本きちんと対応してくれましたが、迅速とは言い難かったことは残念です。"
