Our room was on the tenth floor overlooking Kensington Palace. Modern, stylish decor; comfy bed, pillows, and good linens. Penhaligans bathroom ‘goodies’ were a very nice luxury upgrade from the usual, bog standard hotel toiletries. Excellent! Will definitely stay here again! "
