"I stayed in the Ocean Tower in an oceanfront room. The room was excellent and the property grounds were sprawling and well kept. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The only issue was the tram was not working and, if you are staying in the ocean tower as I was, it is a long walk or shuttle ride to get to the main building and parking. The hotel generally looked old and dingy, parking spaces are too small, tile trim falling off, shower curtain didn’t extend the length of the shower, the complimentary soap next to the sink was hard to wash off, the lanai furniture was old and felt dirty. "English Complaint Draft The curtains offer poor sunshade. Sunlight comes through clearly at 6 a.m., and they cannot be fully closed. The old-fashioned air conditioner is extremely noisy. There are also cockroaches in the room. What's more, parking fees are charged in advance, yet we are told there are no available parking spaces. Do you need me to simplify this into a shorter version, or a more conversational version?"
