"This was the best and most beautiful condo on our trip to Kauai, Maui and Big Island. The view was great, The kitchen and counters were amazing, the living and dining room were very comfortable, and the rooms and bathrooms were perfect. The beds were comfortable and it was an excellent location. It was also very quiet which was nice. It had a very large and comfortable outside area as well."

"The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes. Washer and dryer were conveniently located however the dryer took an unusually long time to dry clothes."

"The unit and pool area were really great- clean, easy to use and the pricing was fair. The biggest problem was the check in process. We never received a code or confirmation email and when we arrived at 5:30pm on a Wednesday there was no information in the parking garage about where to go. We called the 800 number for the unit without a callback and also called expedia for check in help. We were told that we were going to have to wait until the next business day to get the code for check in....

"The room was cool and quiet. Parking was easy and there was always a spot available. The condo had a TV and Wi-Fi and games available to play. Having a full kitchen was nice to be able to buy groceries and not eat out every night. The pool and hot tub across the street were excellent and the staff was friendly."

"For the price of the room it was very nice. The room was clean and had lots of useful things for the beach in it like towels and beach chairs. The electrical features in the room were a bit weird and probably not up to code but they all worked once you figured them out. Overall it was great!"

"What stands out the most is watching the sunsets while standing out on the narrow deck. Place was so clean and ready for our stay when we entered. Thank you Grand and your cleaners for your excellent service. If there was one thing that might need to improve our the mats. There are 3 main mats (kitchen, bathroom and entry) are very thin and prone to buckling everything we walk over them. "It was dated but, clean, quiet and roomy. TV’s were not great. Couldn’t get the living room tv to turn on. Overall a nice stay. They also had beach towels and boogie boards which I thought was nice."
