There was also a beach umbrella, chairs, AND a boogie board available to use during beach days which my kids and I greatly appreciated. The whole Waikoloa area is adorable with shops, restaurants, and a beach all within a couple minutes of driving. "Nice hotel EXCEPT my resort view room looked over a large rooftop of gravel. Not the view in the website pictures. Busy location with shops and places to eat. Good on-site breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Asked for late checkout but didn't get it. Had to ask for temporary passes to use resort while waiting for evening flight and was given a wrist band for pool but not able to use a bathroom with it??? That was very inconvenient. Something about a system upgrade which was supposed to be seamless. Too bad it wasn't. Front desk staff just okay."
