"I thought the property was very well kept. My only complaints were the pool. It was rather chilly especially as some of the days we were there were windy. Also, we did come to this resort for our honeymoon and did mention this to the front desk during check in and there wasn’t an acknowledgement of this."

"The resort is HUGE. It can take 30-40 minutes to leave the resort if you are heading to your parked rental car. There are not many restaurant choices at the resort. If you have picky eaters, it will be tough. Love the lagoon. "

"The staff was excellent, the room was newly refurbished with easy access to it from the parking lot. the parking is very tight stalls (don't bring an SUV), also, get there early as they only give out a limited amount of paid for parking passes (when they run out you have to go off grounds, but they will reimburse you the difference). This hotel is very old and has a lot of homeless in the area. the room was clean and we did have a nice view. you hear the jet planes because you have to open the windows to keep the place cool. Nothing is really walking distance for food or shopping. Recommend Ken's pancake house for good local grinds! (3rd floor facing the pool)"

We love the location as well, it is super easy to access 2 properties so we don’t have to eat everything in here everyday. I wish they have some shower room in the fitness area because our flight is later time so we stayed in the pool after checkout time.
