"We’d visit again; self contained gorgeous property. The one thing that could be problematic for older guests or guests with mobility challenges will need a conveyance vehicle, as it is a very, very large property. There is a tram but it was not working consistently. The staff is responsive when a request for assistance is made "

"Lovely property with nice amenities. My wife was stuck in an elevator. No one responded to her pressing the alarms in the elevator, nor did anyone respond to her calls on the elevator phone for at least 10 minutes. She called me on her cell phone and I walked to the front desk to report the issue. Only then was there a response. The maintenance person who responded was not very polite - his comment to my wife was that she should "calm down." We were surprised that no one from management...

"Unfortunately the air conditioner was not working. We were offered a portable air conditioner, which is unacceptable. We changed to the only other room that was offered to us which was on the first floor off the parking lot. Room was very noisy and we heard banging and car doors closing all night. We were also across from the laundry room which was also noisy. "
