"A beautiful resort that has something for everyone. I've gone twice with my grandkids, ages 2 to 18, and it's their favorite resort..... especially the lagoon!"

"The tram was either broken down or very slow.We walked more steps in this trip than I could possibly imagine with kids. Also , the pool slides were rarely open because it was understaffed. The staff were very nice and the property was well maintained. The cost of food and drinks was ridiculous"

"Beautiful resort but still needs a lot of maintenance. The most frustrating part was paying the resort fee and parking fee, but watching many local residents use the facilities freely. The family pool was overcrowded with residents, not guests. The pools were supposed to close at 10PM, but on our evening walks we saw a lot of inappropriate behavior in the pools. Wondering how the facility is monitored, because it didn’t seem like there was any rule enforcement."

"Beware that if you request an ocean view room, you are likely going to get a large view of the lobby roof top and and tiny view of the ocean to the side. They were kind of sneaky about this. Some people are okay with a view of the roof top but if you are turned off by looking out and seeing a black flat surface for your ocean view. you really need to request an ocean view. pool was good as well as the restaurant"

"This property is certainly has comfortible rooms and excellent soaps and lotions in the rooms. Maid service 2x's per day is excellent! Where the property could use improvement: cleaner pools, with 24/7 access pools water feels like a lot of bodies have made the water mucky. Access to the Ocean bay is far too hot late in the afternoon and again the water is not clear. Maybe access in the morning?? Food is average and this would include Brown's their 5 Star restaurant. "Stayed here in June and it was amazing. The staff were so nice and personable! Not too bougie at all. The amenities were amazing and I’m certain we didn’t take full advantage of them all. We’ll definitely be back."

"This was a beautiful oceanfront condo. Sitting on the lanai was very relaxing looking out to the ocean and the palm trees. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities needed for our stay of 1 week."

"The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the main street and sites. The hotel room was a nice size. The towels were gray and dingy. The breakfast had a good variety but it was very hard to find a seat. There are not enough tables for everyone to sit. A lot of people took their breakfast to their rooms. There was no cold water offered at breakfast. You had to get it from the gym. The pool and hot tub were nice, although there were a few bugs in the pool. Parking was $15/night."

"Great location and close to everything. We were able to eat and shop within a 5 min drive. Target 20 min drive. Our cottage was very spacious and fit our family of two adults and one kid. It was great to have space to spread out. We especially loved the lanai. We were in room 5A which looked out on the pool. It was a nice view but it could also be louder in the evening but not ridiculously loud which we appreciated. The only thing I disliked was check in where I was asking about restaurant...

"The property is beautifully maintained and very serene. I loved being close to both the ocean and the pool with the little one being the priority. The staff go above and beyond and the kids camp was wonderful for my granddaughter. Areas that need improvement, the good is not of the caliber it should be.
