"Check in was great! Staff isn’t helpful otherwise like finding food or maneuvering the resort it’s huge and takes more than just check in. They say you have access to the golf carts but they don’t take you anywhere you want to go. Every single piece of furniture from the room to the pools needed to be replaced it was so gross and stained I didn’t even want to lay my towel or rest on it the cushions in the room couch as well as the pool chair lounging needs to be replaced or something. "The hotel is dated and need full renovation. The location is good but in some areas they allow outside people to use the amenities. I had a late fight leaving Kona 9:55pm and asked for a possible extension of my stay willing to pay additional charge for the extra hours. Basically they said they were totally booked so I need to pay full day charge to stay an extra 5 hours in my room. It was a rip-off! The pool was incredible! They do have a tram that brings you from one end of this enormous resort to another, but the tram was not working during our stay. "今回の滞在にはとてもがっかりしています。 部屋のベッドやバスルームに、蚊や小さな虫の死骸がたくさんありました。自分で何度か掃除しましたが、その後もまた虫が出てきては死んで落ちてきます。おそらく殺虫剤を使った直後だと思うのですが、それが人体に影響ないのか少し不安です。 夜中にどうしても我慢できずフロントに電話して、翌日の清掃スタッフに伝えてほしいとお願いしました。ですが、「バルコニーのドアや窓を開けないでください」と言われただけでした。 私は遅い時間にチェックインしていて、そもそもドアや窓は開けていないと伝えたのですが、「Ok，good」と言われただけで、特に謝罪もありませんでした。まるでこちらに問題があるような対応で、とても不快に感じました。 翌日、清掃スタッフの方にメモを書いて、チップもお渡しし、「できればしっかり掃除をお願いしたい」と伝えました。 その日の夜に部屋へ戻ると、小さい飛び虫は少し減っていましたが、ゴキブリの死骸がありました。 正直、使われている殺虫剤が人体に影響ないのかも分からず、不安な気持ちのまま滞在することになりました。全体的にとても不満の残る滞在でした。"
