"The room was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevators hard to bring up heavy luggages. The room was ok nothing to impress not modern appears old. The Building looks like it needs remodeling, there was cracks and holes. The living room Tv didn’t work, sink needs replacement. Overall ok place Would not recommend"

"The resort is well maintained and close to the ocean. It is far enough away from Kailua-Kona that it feels secluded but close enough to shopping and activities. "The pool and lagoon were great for younger kids. The only thing I would recommend is to lengthen the hours of the pool eatery and bar. Closing at 5:00 PM is a little early for summer time."
