"Room was good size, door was sticky and a light did not work. It was fixed but stopped a few hours later. Great sunsets from all the restaurants. Spa was a nice experience. Snorkel rent is convenient. Grounds are lovely. Restaurants are expensive and the food is ok but not great. Room service is not available until 7:15 am. Menu says 6:30 but that’s when they start not when you can get food. There is a deli on the grounds that you can go to that opens earlier."

"The two bedroom/two bath villa was clean, spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with dishes and cookware. The balcony overlooking the golf course was relaxing and the Villa was very comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. One suggestion is the bedrooms could have been equipped with more outlets to charge cell phones. Other than that, we enjoyed our 3-night stay at Paniolo Gardens."

"Be sure to call the property prior to arrival for gate code and door code, even though the reserved condo states check-in at 4pm. There’s no front desk at the property. The condo includes AC, washer/dryer, fridge, etc. The dumpster for trash is located in the back where all the mail boxes are located. Parking is free. The beach and market place is a 5 mins drive from the condo."

Keep in mind that the check-in process isn't typical. If you want A/C for your room or have any needs for on-site staff, you must check-in before the office closes at 5pm. "The check in process was very easy, even for late check in. The property was beautiful. We had an ocean view. There was construction going on in other parts of the complex, but did not bother us. "This place exceed my expectations! The beds were comfortable, the place was lovely, the balcony was amazing, and the location was perfect! There was also a beach umbrella, chairs, AND a boogie board available to use during beach days which my kids and I greatly appreciated. "Everything was great! Chaos and towels to use at the beach! Umbrella came in handy to use at 2step beach; and the cooler was a life saver! We bought ice packs to use, and left them in the cooler for the next guests! Couldn't have been more satisfied with the condo!
