We had a problem with our TV and they replaced the entire TV in about 15 minutes. "Room was spacious and thoughtfully appointed. Central location was convenient to bus station and farmers market. It did get a bit noisy at times with the close proximity to downtown, but the mynas were the loudest things around. Contactless checkin was smooth and easy. "We had a fantastic stay here. The resort is absolutely perfect, great location and amenities, it’s almost too good to leave to go exploring (but you have to!). The room, balcony and view was spectacular. If you are thinking of going here, stop thinking, just book it, and definitely upgrade to the Gold experience, it’s worth it.
