"The heavy doors slam shut so you will get to listen to that all morning starting around 5. My bathtub drain was plugged but that was addressed while i was out, although they left stringy hairs all over the tub. However the location can't be beat, with beach, restaurants and shopping just steps away."

"Overall, we had a nice stay and would stay there again, assuming the price doesn't rise any further. NOTE: We had $120 per day added to our bill for resort fee and LOTS of taxes. Stayed in an oceanfront club room. Room was spacious, renovated fairly recently, clean, and had a great view. The room, as did the whole resort, showed its age with the concrete walls and lanai. The plumbing was noisy when the shower was on in the room above."

"Beautiful views, nice rooms, and daily housekeeping were definite positives. The resort was a bit too large and not very stroller-friendly with all the bridges and stairs, and the tram often had long waits. Nui Italian had amazing service and a great atmosphere, but food and extras around the resort were very overpriced. Nice experience, but probably not a place we’d stay again."
