"The only problem we had was a sign that said parking sold out. When we arrived after a very long trip at midnight and there was atleast 8 or 9 spots available at the hotel, they still asked me to move my vehicle to an off property lot. Other than that, everything was great."

"Room was good size, door was sticky and a light did not work. It was fixed but stopped a few hours later. Great sunsets from all the restaurants. Spa was a nice experience. Snorkel rent is convenient. Grounds are lovely. Restaurants are expensive and the food is ok but not great. Room service is not available until 7:15 am. Menu says 6:30 but that’s when they start not when you can get food. There is a deli on the grounds that you can go to that opens earlier."

"We appreciated the staff for their quality of customer service. Always available and helpful. We were very impressed to have a washer/dryer in the villa. So convenient not having to go to a laundromat. The pool, hot tub and game room were great. The fully equipped kitchen was wonderful. Everything you needed and more! The location was superb.
