"I am truthfully disappointed with our stay. The resort is nice but the service is mediocre. The worse part of our stay was finding out that the hotel is infested with roaches !!! Yes you read this right ! We were on our third day when I decided to make my self a coffee as I had done the previous two days , when I lifted the door to the water dispenser there it was!!! Crawling all over the place !!! I am disgusted by roaches but to know that I had been drinking coffee out of a roach infested...

"I have nothing but good things to say about the Hilton Grand Vacations Kings Land. The pool, rooms, and upkeep of the sprawling property were fantastic. In addition to the big pool, there are also smaller pools spread throughout that are closer to the individual units. We stayed in building 24, about a 7 minute walk from the lobby, but we had a pool just downstairs from us if we didn’t feel like taking the walk. The staff were so kind and helpful. Make sure you take advantage of the activities...

"Condos are definitely dated. Ours had a horrible smell. Like a dog peed and they used that carpet powder deodorizer to try to cover the smell but it didn’t work. The restaurant by the pool has terrible food. I ordered $12 Mac and cheese for my toddler and they brought us the instant Kraft microwave plastic bowl Mac and cheese. Gross. Staff was very nice but room would have been cleaner. Pool was very cold and also water was cloudy and dirty. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"Property was nice. In a good location. Staff was very helpful. What I didn’t like was not enough seating in breakfast area. Breakfast area was open and had birds attacking your plate if left unattended. The birds were also on the serving trays and tables. Unsanitary"
