"The tram was broken requiring walking really far to our room daily carrying stuff and my daughter is handicapped. We planned our trip based on the tram access that we could not use after two days of our trip it was offline end to end. This removed access to part of the further amenities for us, we ultimately borrowed a wheelchair from the property which was nice they had. The resort had planed A/C maintenance for a few days during our stay and they should have told us that upon checking in....

"The staff was great, the security and the morning building maintenance guy are awesome. Took care of our car and maintenance guy keeped the place up looking great. I would definitely come back to this building if I return to the Kona side. What i didn't like were the bugs that are all over the place. Specially at night. Other than that. "The grounds were well maintained with historical and natural features. The apartment had all the necessities for kitchen, bath and outdoor fun like beach towels.
