"Liked it was on the waterfront didn't like that the rooms weren't updated. We did even have a microwave to warm up leftovers froma restaurant. The lighting is very poor in the actual bathroom also"

"We loved this beautiful historic home, its convenient location, and the friendly staff. Our room has a partial ocean view and was beautifully laid out and decorated. The dining room was super dramatic looking right over the cliff. The only drawback is that the cliff is eroding and the home's foundations are within inches of the edge. If the owners don't move the home back from the cliff edge soon, it will be in Hilo bay! If the owners of this property read this review, please save your...

"It’s the Four Seasons… enough said."

"The checkin was only 1 hour long. Way too short. There were dead bugs all over the pillow and blankets. When the front office was told of this-they stated thwere was bug spray there and to just "brush off" the dead bugs. Totally unacceptable."
