"Everything about this place was spot on"

"Horrible environment."

"Stayed there with the expectation of an amazing getaway with the wife. Upon arrival was greeted by very rude front desk staff. Condescending and sarcastic. The room was acceptable but the entire place had a very very dirty feel about it. Almost like it never really gets cleaned. For the prices the are asking, was not worth it."

"Love the property.. however, I let the front desk know that, there was ONLY one tram running and NO boat running. Waiting 20-25 mins for a train ride to the tower. Also, the main large slide was closed the Entire memorial weekend. For kids that was a bummer. Asked for a credit of some kind and was denied. Not very happy."

It’s literally a hike to and from the rooms to the lobby depending on the “tower” they put you in. The good news is there was a tram. The bad news is that it was rarely operational during our stay. "Second time staying here and we love how relaxing and not-busy this resort is. Unfortunately, this time there were some issues that could’ve been and should’ve been handled. We had 2 rooms and both didn’t have any soap for bathroom sink provided. We had to call housekeeping to get some so that we could wash our hands after using the bathroom and it took over and hour and 2 calls to get it. "The room was cleaned but sand was never really swept off our floor completely, and we don't think they changed our sheets as it felt like there was sand in our sheets always. Our soap was never refilled during our entire week stay. There was a lot of variety in the breakfast but some odd choices. Mostly spam every morning with premade omelets. "Hotel was nice. There were a lot of amenities. Unlike any other vacation places, Hawaii is expensive, so plan accordingly with food and activities. I highly recommend this place. They were awesome."

"Older hotel, but very nicely maintained. Beautiful pool area and easy walk to a large number of excellent restaurants, park areas, and the bay. Room faced the front of the property and had a great view. Very eco friendly and offered free equipment use for paddle boarding in the bay across the street. As the building is quite old, some of the upper floors are likely not easily accessible if you have mobility issues, but the first floor rooms would be great. In room air conditioning worked well...

"Rooms were fantastic for families and the resort was beautiful. The easy access to the main Hilton property was wonderful and our kids loved it. Super easy access to the restaurants and stores near by as well. Overall, couldn't have been happier with our choice."

"Most amazing views. We enjoyed sunset every night. The washer/dryer and fully stocked kitchen were part of why I booked here and it was much appreciated. We utilized both amenities. We did not want to leave- absolutely loved the oceanfront views."

"Such a beautiful place to stay! Walking into the hotel and seeing the blue Pacific Ocean right in front of you was breathtaking. The hotel had gorgeous gardens all around the property. We enjoyed the complimentary snorkel equipment on the final day. The room service twice a day will definitely spoil you!"

"今回の滞在にはとてもがっかりしています。 部屋のベッドやバスルームに、蚊や小さな虫の死骸がたくさんありました。自分で何度か掃除しましたが、その後もまた虫が出てきては死んで落ちてきます。おそらく殺虫剤を使った直後だと思うのですが、それが人体に影響ないのか少し不安です。 夜中にどうしても我慢できずフロントに電話して、翌日の清掃スタッフに伝えてほしいとお願いしました。ですが、「バルコニーのドアや窓を開けないでください」と言われただけでした。 私は遅い時間にチェックインしていて、そもそもドアや窓は開けていないと伝えたのですが、「Ok，good」と言われただけで、特に謝罪もありませんでした。まるでこちらに問題があるような対応で、とても不快に感じました。 翌日、清掃スタッフの方にメモを書いて、チップもお渡しし、「できればしっかり掃除をお願いしたい」と伝えました。 その日の夜に部屋へ戻ると、小さい飛び虫は少し減っていましたが、ゴキブリの死骸がありました。 正直、使われている殺虫剤が人体に影響ないのかも分からず、不安な気持ちのまま滞在することになりました。全体的にとても不満の残る滞在でした。"

"Good location on the sea with easy and plentiful parking. It's only a short drive to restaurants and shopping. The condo was spacious and had all the amenities needed for an extended stay."

"Upon check-in I learned that booking through Expedia cancels any benefits of a Bonvoy member (breakfasts, upgrades, etc). The hotel was not very helpful and dismissed the issue, Expedia support was worthless and never responded. I would never use Expedia again for a Marriott, or other major brand, hotel reservation if you have earned status. The fitness center is very basic, and doesn't appear to have been update since our last stay, years ago. The food options are very limited, and...
