"The property was perfectly located , a walk away to the main strip of restaurants . The property was updated recently but the rooms are still outdated but they did the job for the stay . They offer coffee in the morning for free but also have this cute coffee truck outside if you prefer different coffees . Pool area was good . Water refilling stations were useful , but one was out of service ."

"We were situated in the older tower, but had a great view of bay. It was more difficult to find and navigate to hotel restaurant due to lack of any signage, and that our more obvious route was outside. Hilo is, after all, the rainiest city on the planet. Took us a wet try, and getting info to "maze" back to the older tower from restaurant staff. We suggest better signage, or info in room. "There was a leak in the room and the floor was wet when we arrived. Requested the staff to move us to different room but instead of moving us they sent the maintenance crew which tried to fix the problem until midnight and was a big impingement on the privacy. Next day when we called the staff about the status, they had no clue about the troubleshooting done by maintenance crew previous day. Finally, we had to talk to supervisor to have us moved to another room. This room was a considerable...

"Place was nice. They have lovely four cats and that’s the one of the main reason why we like this place. They also provide all useful gears for guests to use like beach chairs, sunscreen, snorkeling gear, laundry stuffs, etc. The only thing I would like to say is the orange cat’s eyes has some illness issue. There is a lot of discharge in his eyes. We also have cats, and we believe this can be treated. Please take them to doctors if you can. Thanks a lot. We want to come back next year to see...

"The cashier at the hotel supermarket has an extremely poor sense of service. The basic knowledge of the room attendants is all lacking. The room is too old. The bed is even collapsed."

"The property is very run down, buildings are poorly maintained and the room smelled like mildew. There were multiple areas in our room that actual mold was present. When we called down to the front desk, the manager told us that every room was the same and there was nothing they could do, and that we should look into staying somewhere else."

"Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet das gleiche gilt für das Zimmer. Wir wurden gleich freundlich von den Mitarbeitern empfangen. Wir konnten als Gast den großen Kühlschrank mit benutzen um Getränke zu kühlen. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und man bekam immer einen Teller mit etwas Obst aus dem Garten. "Very spacious and well maintained suites! We were on the first floor and loved having an outdoor seating area. Access to the pools within other Hilton resorts on the property was great! Walking distance to nearby Queens Marketplace."

"We had a great stay while exploring the Volcanoes. Very convenient location, room theme was a blast (felt like staying in a tree house) and was huge, good food options nearby (the brewery was excellent). Would definitely stay again. Parking can be a little tight if everyone doesn’t stay within their spots."
