"Clean room Staff"

"Great location with informative staff. Rooms are very comfortable."

"Did not like the long wait in a hot hallway for the elevator. Used stairs coming down from tenth floor but unable going up. very big inconvenience and got over heated. the grounds had trash scattered from guests not picking up after themselves. sat for two days until my husband and myself went along picking it all up . ran out of affordable different items at restaurant to choose from. food was a long wait. bar tenders awesome . watched some employees play while one or two worked . will not stay...

"Place was nice. They have lovely four cats and that’s the one of the main reason why we like this place. They also provide all useful gears for guests to use like beach chairs, sunscreen, snorkeling gear, laundry stuffs, etc. The only thing I would like to say is the orange cat’s eyes has some illness issue. There is a lot of discharge in his eyes. We also have cats, and we believe this can be treated. Please take them to doctors if you can. Thanks a lot. We want to come back next year to see...

"Beautiful resort but still needs a lot of maintenance. The most frustrating part was paying the resort fee and parking fee, but watching many local residents use the facilities freely. The family pool was overcrowded with residents, not guests. The pools were supposed to close at 10PM, but on our evening walks we saw a lot of inappropriate behavior in the pools. Wondering how the facility is monitored, because it didn’t seem like there was any rule enforcement."

"The lokahi lodge is a very comfortable stay. It’s like staying in a cabin. Very quiet location right next to volcano national park. The room was clean, spacious, and nice. Good stay for anyone wanting to visit the park"

"We stayed in a clean 1 bedroom suite with an amazing sea view! The rooms cooled down once the windows and doors were open and the fans were blowing. Keep in mind that the check-in process isn't typical. If you want A/C for your room or have any needs for on-site staff, you must check-in before the office closes at 5pm. (If you arrive after 5, you will get your room key using a lock box and won't have the option for A/C if that is important to you.) The property is well maintained and a few...
