"The room was ready early. It was clean and the room temp was pleasant."

"I would not recommend this hotel, unless there were no other decent choices. The front desk wasn't friendly or particular helpful both days we were there. Room was not great, none of us slept, roach on nightstand next to me. The reason I didn't give it lower was because of the bar restaurant. We were tired and hungry when we got in so went for the casual food in the bar area. Server was terrific, food was very good and live band playing was honestly incredible. "Very nice room with great amenities. Great shower and water temperature. Charge for parking and resort fee was a bit much but expected. Lots of construction going on at other towers. Beautiful property. Elevators were tricky and occasionally out of service. Room next to mine had a Toler breakage which flooded the hall way and ito the entry way of my room. Crew did what it could to dry it up. A nice stay with a couple of minor issues. "

The one thing that could be problematic for older guests or guests with mobility challenges will need a conveyance vehicle, as it is a very, very large property. There is a tram but it was not working consistently. The staff is responsive when a request for assistance is made "

"This a was a large condo building on the water. There was plenty of parking and a security guard on premises. Every door uses a pass code to get in like room, pool, elevator, stairs ect. There are some people that use these condos for winter months. It was located close to downtown kona. "

"We loved this beautiful historic home, its convenient location, and the friendly staff. Our room has a partial ocean view and was beautifully laid out and decorated. The dining room was super dramatic looking right over the cliff. The only drawback is that the cliff is eroding and the home's foundations are within inches of the edge. If the owners don't move the home back from the cliff edge soon, it will be in Hilo bay! If the owners of this property read this review, please save your...
