"Mr.Nakamori is very nice and will pick you up from the train station to take you to the house. It is in a very peaceful and quiet residential area, you can experience the feeling of living in Japan! Everything was very clean and comfortable, I definitely recommend staying here!"

"Never again. Staff great, location good, hotel room…."

"All is good except that I booked City View but they gave me STAIRS View in between buildings."

"Candeo Tower was amazing. Wonderful and helpful staff. The room was clean and had an amazing view of downtown Osaka. Great facilities including spa with an amazing view and laundry on site. The bar was also fantastic."

"The hotel is very clean and great location. However I have to say the rooms are bit outdated and compared to other 4 star hotels I stayed at during my trip this has the worst bed in terms of comfort. The staff was very friendly and the area was quiet."

"Nice hotel overall. Room not as spacious as would’ve liked. View beautiful. Room did have a bit of an odd smell."

"Worth the money"

"Clean room, helpful staff. Gym was tiny Will definitely go back"

"Wonderful hotel and so close to a major train station. Amenities, we had to collect from downstairs at lobby. Clean, quiet and peaceful, and perfect for the price."
