"Great hotel. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and no issues with it. Only unique (& quaint) aspect was that the room keys are attached to a small brass bell that is relatively heavy. But you can leave it with the front desk while you leave for the day. The location is perfect too. Minutes to restaurants, train station, etc."

"Excellent location! Waking up to the stunning mountain views in the morning was the highlight of our stay. The Resort is peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect place to relax while still being close to Interlaken and other attractions. We truly felt at home and would love to return someday."

"Único punto a mejorar las almohadas que son de terrible calidad. El resto es muy bueno incluyendo el desayuno"

"Most of things were great. Amazing hospitality. We stayed for 5 nights but were tortured by same breakfast every day. I understand that this is budget resort and I am not expecting decent spread but at least they can try to rotate few things"

"My 2nd time visiting this hotel. The service is still impeccable on every aspects. My favorite is the spa facility with a view that’s quite unique at the open outdoor area."

"Muy Bien ubicado . Excelente Todo personal muy atento 🌍✈️🇵🇷🇨🇭✅"

"It was a nice stay and the staff is great!"

"We loved everything about our stay here. We stayed 3 nights. The beds were so comfortable, the property was very well manicured and clean. We also tried other restaurants but decided “THE DECK” was the best. We had lunch and dinner there. Everyone is so helpful and nice. Dinner service was kind of sporadic and not the most professional but still a good experience."

"This is very nice place !!!! Incredible view, great people breakfast very good, very nice rooms ,very cool place"

"Do not book here. Was forced to find different accommodations, but thankfully lots of other better options in Interlaken. Feel free to reach out with questions. Interlaken, however, is lovely. This hotel… not so much."
