"Our stay at the hotel was so enjoyable, we stayed two nights and it had all the amenities we needed for our stay and there are a few things really added to our experience that I want to praise: - Holding bags before checking in was extremely easy, you get given tickets correlating to your bags and made it very easy to keep them on hold whilst we explored pre- checkin - We chose to not have our room cleaned the first night of our stay, it was easy to hang the usual sign on our door but what was...

"Perfect location for visiting Bath and surrounding area. Could not fault staff who were friendly and polite from the moment we arrived. Parking was busy at night so arrive early to avoid looking for another car park. Cost of parking was 17 pound for 24 hours. Rooms clean and in good order, breakfast was good and fresh. Will use again and more than happy with this Holiday Inn."
