"Overall it was a clean and comfortable stay. We stayed for a weekend in April. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Just a few things in room that needed touching up in our room but did not affect our stay. Nice and quiet as well. "

"It is the only a hotel at the airport and convenient for the terminal but it has a monopoly! It is quite expensive for a few hours sleep. Another hotel choice would be more customer friendly, perhaps a Premier Inn."

"Bar person checked me in, she was very efficient. Excellent position on sea front. Room 5 bathroom was unheated thus was chilly, plus the window wouldn't close properly. I wouldn't want to use this room in the winter. View from bedroom window was of a flat roof, and a sandbag, not great."

"Rooms clean and warm but could do with a freshen up decoratively. Staff were very helpful. My only issue was the lack of disabled facilities. The ground floor rooms were sorted, but no walk in shower was available for us, and the small lift in the bar area was not working, nor did I see anyone attending to it during our 2 night stay. This limited where my family could sit for meals."

"Well where do i start. This hotel needs a good makeover or even shut down. The guy that checked us in was lovely 😍. It advertised it has a lift and both were broken we were on top floor and with breathing difficulties we struggled. Rooms are awful old carpets, mold on shower curtain, no wardrobe only hanging space on a rail that was wobbly, sink was in room, old furniture, the only thing that was nice was the comfortable bed but even this was small. Hotels.Com i recommend you taking this hotel off your site as it will make the company to look bad. Hotel is like fawlty towers never will we stay here again too far out from town too"

"We stayed for one night at Mullions and no faults at all. The room was spotless and the check in was quick and easy. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was plenty and delicious. Excellent value for money and would highly recommend"
