"I enjoyed my stay here, the staff was friendly, it was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the exit was right next to my room for easy access to my vehicle. I would definitely stay here again."

"Rooms are specious clean and kitchen is good. Do not expect any assistance from the staff, they don’t even pick up calls. I was told that if I needed fresh towels, I had to carry the used ones to the front desk myself. Housekeeping was only offered once during a 7-day stay, and that too only after I asked. There were also numerous instructions about disposing of our own trash."

"The nice suite. We only stayed ine night. The breakfast was of poor quality as are all hotel breakfasts. We always go out to eat. The staff person at check-in did not mention the breakfast nor time of breakfast. We asked to ckeckin 45 minutes early and ibformed room was not ready. Came back at 3:01, and agin ibformed room wasn't ready. After finding out I was a member all of a sudden the room was ready."

"The hotel and staff were wonderful! We planned a trip to The Strong Museum which is literally right next door. It was all by 1 minute walk, best location to visit this museum - specially with small children. The breakfast options were good and food was delicious, something for everyone."

"Stayed 1 night, so we didn’t get much time to fully explore Rochester. The breakfast options were good and had all the usual items like bagels, bread, make-your-own waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruits, yogurt, chocolate milk, coffee, and more. The location is convenient, close to many restaurants within walking distance, and right off a busy highway. Would definitely consider staying longer next time if we get another opportunity to visit Rochester."

"Love this hotel. They have remodeled it since last we stayed. Looks great. Issues. The bathroom in the lobby. Someone broke the door off the stall. Not sure how long it was like that but no one was trying to fix it. There was a stained bed sheet by laundry room in the hall. Not hotels fault but someone should have not let it sit for an entire night. Lastly, hall by rooms 130s smelt like animal urine. If guests are extended they should clean after themselves. "I arrived at the hotel and was told the reservation I made had been cancelled, with no reason and no name of the person who made the cancellation. Every room was occupied, so I had to spend an hour on the phone with Expedia to get a refund. Once I received a refund (at 10 pm), I had to leave to find a place to stay.
