"Great location with very pleasant staff and great location within an easy walk to the American falls and Maid of the Mist."

"Second night a few buses arrived with young adults at 11:00 at night. Group took over floor we were on and very loud and yelling until midnight. Called desk, told they just arrived and would get them in rooms soon. That took an hour. Someone should have told them to keep it down. The lady on the desk when called at 11:00 was no help. The young lady at the desk in the morning was very good and helpful."

"All good except lacking of maintenance. For example the towel hooks in the bathroom is broken and it is no where to put/hang towels or clothes during and after showers."

Being so close to the falls means you can visit multiple times at your leisure, catching the views at different times of day without the hassle of a long journey. Breakfast was a nice bonus — there was a good variety including waffles, eggs, yogurt, fruit, and sausage, which made mornings easy.
