"We had reserved two rooms for the Fourth of July weekend. We arrived late on Thursday night as we indicated we would be. Upon arriving, we were immediately shocked by the state of the lobby. Dark, not inviting, clearly old and rundown. We checked in and were even more shocked when we entered our rooms. "The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a nice area, and within walking distance of a couple of nice resturants. The breakfast at the hotel, was very nice. We woud definitely stay there again if in the area."

It reeked of cigarette smoke, the bathtub faucet leaked and when I told the front desk they simply said, "I know" and it leaked the whole 4 days.
