"Floors in main area, elevator and room not clean. No soap in one bathroom main floor, breakfast was poorly stocked. Only one luggage cart and it was not available. Staff was not present at front desk (main lobby empty). "

"There’s no electric plug for CPAP machines. I had to get down on my hands and knees to unplug the alarm clock and use an extension cord for the two CPAP machines we travel with. I had to wait 20 minutes for my suite to be ready despite arriving a full hour after 4 pm check in allowed. The TV in the lounge area did not work which is part of the point of booking a suite so that tv doesn’t disturb travel companions sleep. The front desk was unable to get assistance for the tv so it was never...

"Room was clean, gym was clean. Staff was helpful. And hotel was overall clean and the common room was clean and kept up! Very nice. Highly recommend."

"When I checked in the ladies at the desk was very nice and helpful. One was super helpful. It was great being right next door to the Blue Gate Theater that we were seeing a show at. Breakfast was really good , there was a lot of good choices. The only thing that we didn’t like was the beds were not very comfortable. I do believe they need to replace the mattress. They made you feel like you were about to roll to the middle on both sides and in both beds. We enjoyed are stay and would stay there...

"A bit run down. Bathtub looks like it has seen better days and the carpet could use a cleaning. Window curtains didn’t close all the way (my room was on the first floor by parking, so this did not make me happy.) Worst of all, the exterior door by the dumpsters doesn’t lock and the door to the first floor rooms was propped open. On the plus side, the towels were good and bed was comfortable. "

"Breakfast was very good, great variety. My only complaint is about the coffee machine, it takes to long for a cup to be made and a line backs up, especially if; like me, you’re getting a cup for more than yourself. I liked the pump thermos better."

"No breakfast, couldn't use the hot tub cause it was full of very young children, even though the sign says 16 or older. The parents all sat at a table drinking even though you are not supposed to have glass in there, never mind food or beverages. But hey the kids were having a blast."

"Breakfast didn’t start at 6:00 like stated. We left at 6:15 and breakfast was still not opened. The 4 coffee containers were cold and not heated up at all. Coffee was ice cold. Tried to check out and get a receipt but all there was was a box on the front counter saying out key cards and sleeve in this box to check out. It was a joke."

"I have been renting 2 rooms here every week for employees. They are charging $6/night if a room is rented from a third party such as Expedia. We will no longer use this establishment. I use Expedia to get our rooms at a discount- if I’m charged $24/room/week it defeats the purpose. "

"This location smelled like a marijuana factory. One room completely had the toilet seat broken and they moved us up a floor. There was not a hairdryer, iron or in room coffee pot and the tv did not work. Luckily we had family near by and just used this place to sleep and shower. The room was dingy and it continued to smell like someone was smoking in the building. It can’t just be from outside smokers."
