"The Leonardo EMA is a well placed hotel, however we found the decor and general demeanour of the hotel to be very tired. No lifts that we could see. Our room was nice enough, but had only been superficially cleaned. The mirror had not been cleaned. Bed was very comfy though. Bathroom showed signs of wear with the odd little bit of black mould and other areas that could have been better scrubbed. I found a rusty screw by the base of the toilet. "Breakfast plenty of choice and young lady very helpful. Ground floor room was warm so Reception lent us a fan - thank you. Didn’t like the transparency of the bathroom panels at all."

"The hotel is in a fabulous picturesque setting. Afternoon tea and breakfast very nice. Didn’t have evening meal. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall decor just needs slightly updating but think they’re on it. Would definitely stay again and recommend"

"The property is bit outdated but its is well maintained for its age. Staff is very mannered , courteous and kind , the manager at our checkout was very customer focused and this leadership reflected well in the staff. We ordered room service and the food was awesome. Breakfast had many choices with pancakes and waffles etc. Swimming pool was very clean and thier is a tennis table in lobby, overall 5 star service thank you"

"The gym was exceptional for a spa hotel and the breakfast was very pleasant however we did find that the hotel itself was quite dated and the rooms were in need of a bit of updating. The bathroom especially could use some modernization."

"The car park was next to hotel room was clean with coffee and also bottles of water. Nice selection for breakfast but not much selection for evening meal .But because the information in the room wasn't updated it said the restaurant was closed and didn't find out till the last night."
