"It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night. "The property was in very poor condition. There was a broken refrigerator on the back patio with the door still attached. Very dangerous for small children. There were bugs crawling all over the furniture. We would have left the property had it not been for the fact that it was just a overnight stay before heading to the airport. The itinerary stated that it would be a $35 cleaning fee. The host charged us $75. We are disputing this charge through our American Express account. You could bet...

"Clean and beautiful"

"The room was beautiful but I was not impressed with the pool and hot tub (never got in). It just didn’t look alluring. There were two male staff that were really nice, the rest of the staff were not very welcoming. We met one young lady the last day that was very kind & assistive. At first I thought maybe it was me but then we went to dinner at Buoy Haus and their staff were assistive the moment we excited the taxi. "Great location—easy walk to the airport. The place was loud with revelry past midnight and no one at the front desk to move us to a quieter room. They did allow us to check in early which was nice."

"The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa."
