"Excellent hotel in a great location in Old Town Riga"

"Very nice, kind and helpful staff. Hotel located in a lovely central region so everything was very easy to get to. The food is exceptional and the Skyline bar is fantastic, with great views over the city. Pet peeve: the tiles in the bath needed some extra care."

"Loved our stay in the Grand Poet hotel. The big rooms were spotless The staff were all very helpful and pleasant, we had a couple of wee problems on the first morning but they were very quickly fixed, and ready for us on our return from a days exploring. The hotel itself faces one of the many parks, and it had the canal running through it. It was also just a stone’s throw from the old town. Breakfast was lovely & restocked often. The bar seemed quiet but again great range of drinks & cocktails...

Die Möbel, die Accessoires sind alle mit Geschmack und Liebe fürs Detail ausgewählt. Die Lage ist ideal. Die Mitarbeiter sind super nett. Eine kleine Perle mitten in der historischen Altstadt."

"Hilton Garden Inn Riga was conveniently located towards the end of Old Town but not directly in it, so it was a little quieter, fewer bars in the immediate area, while still being within walking distance to the rest of Old Town. The front desk staff were very professional and helpful, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the room was lovely. Great experience here, would stay again."

"観光のため２泊しました。早めにチェックインでき、ありがたかったです。 バスターミナル、鉄道の駅前のショッピングセンター、旧市街等、アクセスはどこに行くにもとにかく便利でした。 朝食の選択肢が地元の食材を含め非常に豊富で、質も高く、贅沢な時間が過ごせました。 惜しむべきは水廻りの設備に古さがみられることでしょうか。まず、チェックイン直後にトイレの水が流れませんでしたが、これはレセプションに指摘したところすぐに対応してもらえました。 バスタブのある部屋でしたが、栓がスムーズに開け閉めできなかったので、お湯を張るのは諦めました。 ２日目の晩はシャワー中に熱いお湯が出ませんでした。（１日目は問題ありませんでした）。夏だから大きな不都合はありませんでしたが…。 総合的に、水廻り以外はとても満足できる滞在でした。"

"Die Klimaanlage war in der ersten Nacht stark überfordert. Das Haus liegt in der Altstadt- sehr vorteilhaft und hat ein sehr schönes Ambiente. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung . Meiner Meinung nach kein 4 Sterne Hotel."
