"Great hotel central Cuzco. Great atmosphere . However going to the restaurant required walking stairs which my spouse couldn’t do. We settled for room service and that was good. Breakfast was suppose to start at 4:30 am but only cold food was available until 5 am. They should have two people doing breakfast not one."

"It was a good stay. Staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to needs. Will recommend it, and the place is also quite close to meeting points for early morning tours. Very convenient location. Nice breakfast too, clean room, and the big Mercado is just 1-2 min walk!"

"Great hotel at the edge of the center and only 15 min away from airport (excl traffic). Nice restaurant and good rooms."

"Muy buena ubicación cerca de la plaza de armas y mercados, muy limpio y con excelente atención del personal, buen desayuno y la chica muy complaciente en las peticiones solicitadas, te y café las 24 horas, ahí compramos los tours y fueron de acuerdo a lo informado por la Sra en recogida y recorridos, se difrutaron mucho, muy puntuales sobretodo, como mejora sugerida sería encementar el acceso de la calle a la puerta del hotel y poner un señalamiento del hotel sobre la calle o en el hotel que...

"Nice quirky place with plenty of steps and ramps,, my biggest gripe was the hot water was a little Better than Luke warm and bathtub really not suitable for tall people. I’m 6 ft 2 After waking all day I love a hot bath to soak my knees The first night was great but there was a lot of noise from Music and other guests the second night. Also there is no ventilation in the room other than a heater fan The temp controls in the room and bathroom weren’t functioning"

They expedite our process and even help us on the second check in the first time The breakfast buffet has a great variety of foods, and the personal will help on any special request We had a trip to a location where luggage was limited, and they help us store a lot of our luggage’s Finally, when we came back, we had an emergency, and front desk personnel and management were able to...
