"We ALWAYS stay here every trip to NY.. its convenient comfy and inexpensive. The staff is unbelievable friendly and very caring I wasnt feeling well and the man at the window noticed and asked if I were ok did I need help and I told him it was just my meds and I was fine I just needed to lay down Id been in a truck all day.. he said if I needed ANYTHING AT ALL PLEASE LET HIM KNOW.. what a sweet kind man. But its also rt next to the Palasades Mall.. our fav place in NY lol.. we will be staying...

"It was a great place to stay for me. Visiting family in area. A month ago stayed in Montvale, Marriott, paid parking, no breakfast included and not a pleasant stay. Their gym felt sweaty, no water in the water tank, no cups, no hand wipes only towels. Spring Valley, free parking, a good breakfast and good coffee. Nice gym, clean, water and hand wipes and towels. My stay was surprising after the stay in Montvale, wasn't sure to stay at another Marriott. Glad I did, will return."

"I had a wonderful experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The parking was convenient, the staff was friendly and professional, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Everything was great and I truly enjoyed my stay. The only thing I would suggest improving is the breakfast menu, perhaps by offering more variety and different options. Other than that, everything was excellent."

"It's a beautiful place but rooms need upgrade. Old room no fridge or microwave. Went with a child and didn't have a fridge to put her milk in. It was very disappointing. Room next to mine was shut down under construction."
