"Rooms are quite cramped, but meticulously maintained. Staff is wonderful. Expect to pay for add-ons such as using the pool or gym. Very quiet and comfortable. Location is great. As we were in Osaka to use as a “spoke and hub” location to see Nara and Kyoto and other towns, we were only really in the hotel to sleep and shower. It was all we needed. Close to subway and railway stations. I’d totally recommend APA Namba."

"Room carpet was stained in too many spots all over the room. Complained to front desk and they replaced majority of the stained carpet tiles a few hours after check-in. But of course they couldn’t replace all. It was just evident the hotel needs work to keep up with cleaning and maintenance."

"When you walk into the hotel, the front desk area is amazing with chandeliers and beautiful flooring. However, the rooms do not match the overall vibe for the check in area. Our room had white walls, dark flooring and very basic uncomfortable firm beds. The toilet is separate from the shower which didn't even have a small sink to wash your hands after doing your business. I left a trash bag outside to be picked up and it never got picked up.
