Loved that the bathroom had everything separated so while one person was bathing, another could make use of the toilet privately, We were on floor 7 and never had issues with the elevator or noise or anything. "Staff was amazing. I think they are the best part of this hotel. Multiple issues with room, changed three times. The first did not have the view that we PAID for, the second's shower overflowed into the bathroom, could not be fixed, the third room’s bed was not clean. We slept in urine and blood that was not ours. Needless to say, cleaning the bed was the least that they could do. This turned me off from this resort alone and for this, I will never return. "My wife and I had an amazing stay here. The views are worth the room upgrade and the rooftop food is very good! The staff is very attentive and provides excellent service and accommodations. They are also very kind! If I had to change one things, it would be the bathroom having been remodeled. However, 10/10, I would recommend!"

"Stayed on a 9th floor. 3 people, so an extra single bed added to room. Beds very comfortable. Room was large so space was ample for three. Large shower/ tub and bathroom. Shower head was amazing. Upper floor room had amazing views of Copacabana across the street. Location of hotel is amazing. Quick Ubers to all major neighborhoods. Well worth paying more for beach view. Staff were terrific from check in all the way through our stay. Farro bakery - 5 min walk was great for daily breakfast."
